The Al Maskaria Establishment, which initially engaged in oil and general trading and services associated with oil and gas fields, was renamed in 1989 as the Tricon Group. The Tricon Group of companies experienced steady growth through joint ventures and strategic partnerships until 2008 when it was folded into Al Maskari Holding. AMH was established as the umbrella parent organization for all the family’s commercial interests.
